Returns & Exchanges

At Double Star Games and Hobbies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessory purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items.
